Common questions
Installing the storefront widget
In your theme editor, open a product page, choose Add block, pick Loxx under Apps, place it where you want reviews to appear, and save.
Importing existing reviews
Use Bulk import in the app and upload a CSV. Match your previous platform’s export columns to ours (product_handle, rating, author, email, body, created_at, photo_url, verified_purchase).
Billing and plans
Plans are billed monthly through Shopify and you can cancel anytime. For billing questions, email us at the address above.
